Powerstrate Xtreme is the newest edition to Loctite’s extensive line of high-performance thermal interface materials. Powerstrate Xtreme is a free-standing film ideal for use in any application between a heat sink and a heat dissipating component. PSX (Powerstrate Xtreme) offers the best highly efficient thermal transfer yet.

PSX is the electronics industry’s best replacement for messy and poor performing thermal greases. This pre-form solution is an excellent material for use in microprocessors, multi-chip modules, and ASIC’s applications. In addition, PSX is also suitable for heat dissipating electrically isolated component applications.
