EMI-Strate utilizes a unique combination of copper and Isostrate 2000 phase-change technology. This sophisticated thermal management product is constructed using an interior copper layer in between a top and bottom dielectric interface layer.

The layers of substrate materials are available in a wide variety of thicknesses ranging from 2 mils to 10 mils. The combination of Isostrate 2000 layers in conjunction with the copper insert allows for high thermal transfer, electrical isolation, and suppression of radiated emissions generated in high frequency switching device applications.

EMI-Strate is a the optimal solution where radiated EMI has been identified as a problem. This consolidated material solution solves the problem of coordinating and installing multiple independent component thermal solutions.
